Alessio ValmoriArchitect and urban planner, he is a founding partner of de Gayardon Bureau, an international design office for architecture, landscape and cities, currently based in Italy.The workshop will investigate on the “strategies of the void”, in order to imagine the agoràs of today: what are the possibilities for producing public space, generating the place of dialogue and interaction in the democratic and plural domain of the city.What are the types of intervention this space could host, the utopias it can contain, the ways it can be reloaded in its relevance… how to intensify the character of a place, how to make it lively it through activities, how to embed special narratives in a sort of 0-degree architecture played by programs and devices.
